Graylings Okehampton is our latest addition to our award-winning Fish and Chip shops. A fully refitted, stunning new shop situated in the Red Lion Yard and run by husband and wife team John and Sandra, brother Martin and son Johnny.
Opened in August 2018 the fresh, bright take away has a small eating in area and also a pleasant, relaxing seating area outside for when the weather is nice.
We source the highest quality local produce whenever possible, to give the best tasting food. We buy our potatoes from a local supplier, we offer ice cream from the Taw Valley Dairy and coffee from the Crediton coffee company. Our burgers are made and supplied by a local butcher’s shop.
We often have various fish specials on offer, such as the ever-popular Rock Salmon, caught from local waters.
On Mondays we offer gluten and dairy free fish and chips. We also offer gluten free sausages and curry sauce all at our regular prices. Please ensure you request gluten or dairy free when ordering at the till.
Later in 2019 we plan to open our fully licensed restaurant upstairs, above the take away area, following a complete refurbishment. We will then be delighted to be able to provide seating for 50+ customers.
